CERV partnered with Marina Fire Department and Marina CERT program for its third Citizen Action Workshop.Emergency Awareness and Preparedness for People with Disabilities and Functional Challenges, a 3-hour, interactive workshop, took place at Marina City Council Chambers, 211 Hillcrest Avenue, in Marina. Twenty participants learned about emergency preparation, planning and practicing, how to stay informed, and how to prepare yourself, your home, and your worksite. The focus was on the requirements people with access and functional needs.
